    How can I activate crypto payments on my debit card?

    Simply choose crypto as your debit card’s payment method in the Swissquote app. When paying with your card, you will only sell the necessary tokens to cover the payment amount.

    What cryptos are available for crypto payments?

    Bitcoin, Ethereum and XRP. This list will expand in the future.

    When and how will I receive my debit card?

    The Swissquote Mastercard® is active immediately after you place your order.

    What should I do if I lose my device where I stored the debit card or it gets stolen?

    Safeguards built into virtual debit cards help prevent access to your money and other stored information. However, if you have lost your device or it is stolen and you want to block your card, contact our Client Services on +352 2601 2003 CET, Monday through Friday.
